Our journey begins by sketching the envisioned leather charm and meticulously refining its design through industrial processes. Every detail matters, from the grace of Lady Liberty's hand to the precise contour of a poodle's nose.
Next, we use UV printing on leather, aligning it with the color and pattern of the design model. This phase often requires multiple iterations initially to achieve the desired complexity and precision.
Next, we meticulously utilize laser technology to intricately cut the leather into separate individual components. This process ensures we procure sufficient parts for each charm. Remarkably, certain charms might require over 10 tiny parts, regardless of their initial size.
Stitching the parts by hand takes a lot of focus. Since each piece is tiny and intricate, we make sure to match and sew them together with precision. Some charms even take more than an hour just for this hand-sewing step.
Apart from stitching, our artisans carefully fill each charm with premium cotton to achieve that cozy, plush sensation. There's no specific formula for this step—it's all about our artisans' natural feel for how much stuffing is needed. Sometimes, it's all about relying on intuition and going back to that instinctive touch.
To add that finishing flair, we offer brass studs or buckles that can be personalized with engraving, making it uniquely yours.
